ZF15B FULL-AUTOMATIC GEAR SORTING MACHINE

ZF15B full-automatic gear sorting machine is used in automatic inspection and sorting of gears. It contains a horizontal double-flank gear roll tester as the main part. Gantry robots and conveyors are used for automatic loading, unloading and marking of workpieces. ZF15B is a novel intelligent gear tester that automatically sorts workpiece gears into qualified and defect products, greatly reducing the dependence on personnel and enhancing the automation level in gear batch inspection.

1. The Gantry robots are used for automatic loading, unloading workpieces with fast speed and high precision positioning;

 2. The horizontal layout enables easy workpiece loading and unloading by Gantry robots;

 3. The unique loading and unloading station designs enable the placement of workpieces in large numbers at a time, enabling high sorting efficiency;

 4. The whole measuring and sorting process can be started with one touch, during which the operator only needs to regularly load and collect workpieces, thereby greatly reducing the dependence on personnel;

 5. Optional configurations include additional functionalities such as cleaning, runout measuring, laser marking, QR-Code scanning;

 6. For measuring different workpiece models, it is only necessary to replace some tooling, showcasing strong versatility;

 7. Measured workpieces are respectively sorted into different unloading stations according to the three status of their measuring results: qualified, repairable and waste.
